From Our Family to Yours: An Employee's Success Story
Keith Menzel, Septic and Plumber Technician
Keith Menzel, originally of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, is the Lead Septic Technician and Plumber Technician with All In One Septic and Plumbing since June 2016. Keith and his family have a cosy home and horse property in Jelm, WY. Most mornings, Keith can look out his kitchen window to see elk and deer grazing peacefully in the mountains surrounding his home. Keith works 4 days a week, giving him 3 full glorious days to play and care for his piece of heaven. Days off are filled with hiking, fishing, and hunting. Occasionally, he’ll strap on the long skis, explore the areas near his home, or venture up the road to faster downhill skiing adventures. He is riding his snowmobile more often for fun and work on his days off.
Keith was working as a security guard when he found All In One through a posting on Indeed. Having been to Winter Park, CO, to ski, Keith was familiar with the mountain west and wanted to find a place where he could live and work and someday retire. Since joining All In One in 2016, Keith has achieved many certificates and qualifications to support his dynamic and active career at All In One.

My spouse and I have always wanted to live out west of our home state of Minnesota, just never took the opportunity. We wanted to be closer to the mountains and get into a dryer climate. Also, the beauty of the county and the history of the west.

Requirements:
To be considered for a position at All In One Septic Systems & Plumbing Service, we require the following qualifications:
- Boiler Experience: Knowledge and hands-on experience with water boilers and cast iron.
- Soldering Skills: Ability to sweat solder pipe, as well as experience with mega press gas systems and ProPress water lines.
- Licensing: Must be licensed or have the ability to attain a plumbing license within 6 months.
- Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
- Plumbing Experience: We are seeking Journeyman Plumbers with a proven track record of excellence in various aspects of plumbing.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possession of relevant certifications and licenses is mandatory.
- Strong Work Ethic: Dedication, reliability, and pride in one’s work are essential.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges on the fly.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
